At Stonecreekcoffee, we strive for perfection in every roast; if your coffee or equipment doesn't meet your expectations, we are committed to making it right within 30 days of purchase. Please note that due to food safety regulations, opened bags of roasted coffee cannot be returned, but we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit.

Email our customer care team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to initiate your request.
Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
Package Your Item
Securely pack the unused equipment or unopened coffee in its original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected at our roastery, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
