Alex, a steadfast companion in our production facility, is a tinkerer who believes in making things last. He loves a clean, washed coffee with balanced sweetness and acidity. For Alex, we blended his two favorite origins: Colombia, his daily driver, and Guatemala, where he traveled and got engaged to his partner, Sara Grace (who he also met at Stone Creek!) The result? Cherry, candied orange, and almond over a creamy body. Sidecar is crafted with care and made to endure.
